If your tracking shows your parcel was delivered and you did not receive it, please give it 1 - 5 business days, occasionally the carrier may mark the parcel as delivered but it is still in transit.
If you have not received your parcel within 1 - 5 business days from the delivery date. Please email our customer service with your order number and shipping address to support@iigears.com
